“Just wanted to say thank you for putting together the pre-recorded videos and setting up the website during this period of social distancing. I signed up for the term today and have just done the 30min stretching to wind down at the end of the day now that Bub is in bed, and wow - feeling so much more relaxed, and just so much more aware of how much tension I've been holding in my neck and shoulders. I haven't actually done a class since I was pregnant about 18months ago, but realise now just how much I've missed it, and how important it is to take some time out for yourself and reconnect with the body and mind.
