Joint-Friendly Yoga

Joint-Friendly Flow

This a joint friendly flow to get your heart rate up & work your muscles in a safe but effective way.

Wrist, Knee and Shoulder Friendly Yoga

This class is perfect for those who struggle to be on hands and knees or who have problematic shoulders. Enjoy this hands free flow and reap the benefits of yoga without the joint pain and inflammation.

Mobility & Core

This is a joint friendly vinyasa flow class, starting off with lots of mobility, moving into a flow and adding in some core strength!

50 minute Yoga Sculpt

This class has a good combination of flow and strength, targeting the outer thighs and biceps. We start slow, build up to our flow, add in some strength work, come back to our flow and finish with a lovely cool down and savasana. You will need a set of medium weights and a resistance band.

45 min Heat Building Vinyasa

This class will warm you up in a safe but effective way. Practice improving your strength, balance & flexibility without compromising your joints!

 

15 minutes or less…

10 min Stretch

This is a super quick 10 minute stretch for when you're short on time and just need a little feel good boost.

 

15 minute Sun Salutation Flow

This series of postures works every major organ and gland within the body so is great to practice for our health and wellbeing but can also be a lovely way to practice a free flowing routine that you can memorise and then practice using it as a moving meditation or to stretch out the body without the need to concentrate too hard or have to look at the screen too much. Close your eyes to internalise more.

13 min Meditation

This is a 13 minute guided meditation focused on sensations in the physical body, to help clear out the craziness and clutter in the mind. Meditation is an incredible part of our yoga practise as it allows us to get out of the physical body and shift into the subtle body.

15 min Beginner Friendly Stretch

This is a quick full body stretch suitable for everyone. Use it to start your day or when you're short on time.

 

20 - 30 minutes…

Quick Stretch

A 20min stretch to release tension & tightness. Great first thing in the morning, as a quick yoga break or to wind down in the evening.

 

25 min Detox Class

This is the 2nd day of the detox yoga challenge. Get ready to fire up those muscle, create heat and energy throughout the whole body and twist your way to a healthier you! Keep drinking lots of water to flush out all those toxins and remember to make time to eat healthy and get plenty of rest.

30 min Twist and Detox

This is a 30min detoxifying, slow flow for the whole body. A great way to wring out those toxins and to stretch and open the whole body. Make sure you drink lots of water after class to add to the detoxification process.

 

35 min Detox Class

Day 3 of the yoga detox challenge! Continuing with our breath of fire (the most detoxifying breath you can do!!) Stay controlled through the movements and remember to breathe evenly throughout each movement and each transition. Hydrate, eat clean and rest yogi's.

Breathe, Flow, Balance, Repeat.

Get out of your head & into your body with this repetitive flow which builds as you go. (apologies for cutting my head off! Haha.

20 minute Gentle Sun Salutations

Create rhythm and flow in the body and clear the mind using the power of the breath. Consider this like a moving meditation. For a challenge, close your eyes.

 

30 min Targeted Flexibility for Hamstrings

This video is a 30 minute targeted flexibility yoga class 4 tight hamstrings!

 

30 min Yin Yoga for the Lower Body

Lay down and relax while you stretch out your hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, glutes and lower back in this yin yoga class. You will need a strap or a belt.

 

Yoga Sculpt (Glutes & triceps)

YogaFit is a fast-paced yoga class that builds heat and raises a sweat. We recommend some prior yoga experience before taking these classes or at least patience with yourself to learn the moves. We use light weights and cardio bursts to create this energetic class. Not recommended during flare-ups or if you have shoulder issues.

Lower Back Relief

20 minute class to relieve lower back pain and discomfort. Focusing on strength and mobility to allow the muscles in your lower back to feel stable enough to relax and heal.

 

30 min Morning Espresso

A quick 30min morning espresso flow to get your blood pumping. Great way to start your day or to get out of your head when you are feeling stressed out.

 

30 min Feel Good Flow

Get out of your head and into your body with this feel good 30 minute slow flow. Together we will mobilise your spine, hips, shoulders and wrists, whilst releasing unwanted tension and stress. You will leave the mat feeling grounded, calm and ready to step into the rest of your day with ease and grace.

A quick yin yoga class for the hips.

 

40 - 45 minutes…

40 min Yin Yoga for the Spine

In this class we will stretch and release the spine through all ranges of movement: flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation; to help relieve pain and discomfort in the back.

40 min Detox Yoga

Day 1 of our 3 day detox series! This is a twisty flow that will help to wring out all those nasty toxins that accumulate in our bodies. Make sure you drink lots of water afterwards to gain the full benefits.

 

45 min Gentle Strength, Balance & Stretch

Gently strengthen, balance and stretch the body in this 45 minute gentle yoga sequence for the whole body.

 

45 min Core Strength Vinyasa Flow

Our core is super important in creating stability and balance in the body and also to help strengthen our backs, so it’s an important area to work. This class will do exactly that!! Keep breathing and take breaks when you need to.

40 min Restorative Wall Yin

A practice to restore and rebalance body and mind.

 

Carona Cardio Flow

40 minute cardio flow to get you moving, breathing and feeling fantastic post Carona virus! Let’s be honest this pandemic has been challenging in so many ways. Take this time to get back to feeling fabulous.

 
 

45 min Gentle Strengthen & Stretch

In this class we will strengthen and stretch your whole body in a slow and gentle manner. Finishing with a meditation to calm and balance body and mind.

 

Full Body Flow

Here's a 47 minute full body yoga flow that will warm you up, burn off a little steam and cool you down! Tac on the full yoga nidra practice to the end if you have time to really wind down and de-stress.

50 min Yoga To Relieve Lower Back Pain

This class is designed to alleviate lower back pain in a therapeutic & relatively relaxing way. We will stretch the connective tissues in and around the lower back region to release tension and improve mobility.

Anxiety Buster

Anxiety lives in the mind and causes tension in the body. In this class we will work at distracting your mind with strong balancing postures and finish with some comforting postures to release tension from tight muscles and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

 

70 min Chakra Balancing Flow

This is a chakra balancing, slow flow style yoga class. Chakras are energy centres that run through our bodies that correspond to specific organs as well as physical, emotional, psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. We will work the whole body as we work through each one. This class is suitable for most bodies but modifications may need to included for some postures. You will finish feeling balanced & calm.

50 min Flow Yoga for the Hips

This class is designed to strengthen and open the hips whilst giving you a full body workout in a slower, more controlled manner.

 

Gentle Heart-opening Yoga

Don’t be fooled by the name! This class will build some heat whilst providing a nice release through the front of the chest and shoulders. However it starts with some breath-work and grounding in and finishes with a soothing relaxation so you will feel totally blissed out when you’re done. Enjoy:)

 

Healthy Back Gravity Yoga

This is a 75 minute, gravity yoga class to help relieve tightness/soreness through the back. There are some challenging stretches in this one so please modify when necessary and take it slow.

It’s common to develop bad habits whilst doing a home yoga practice so I am putting together a series of short videos to further assist you in keeping your body safe and to help you build more strength as you continue on your yoga journey.

Shoulder Safety & Stability

This is a quick tutorial on keeping your shoulders safe during your yoga practice to prevent injury and allow you to build more strength in your arms and shoulders.
