It’s common to develop bad habits whilst doing a home yoga practice so I am putting together a series of short videos to further assist you in keeping your body safe and to help you build more strength as you continue on your yoga journey.
I’ve put together a list of guidelines and modifications for expecting mum’s. Please use these as a guide throughout your yoga practice and always follow your doctors’ advice.
