Hello Lovely, 

Here is your 3 day trial to some of our Lifestyle Fitness classes. We really hope you enjoy them.

As you will see we have included one Upper Body Sculpt, one Pilates and one Barre class for you to try. We recommend doing these over the course of one week. 

Each class starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down. These parts of the program are essential and are a very important part of the programming so please don’t skip them.

The exercises are designed to be the safest yet most effective exercises for your body to achieve the best results. We use biomechanics and physics to determine what works so you can spend less time working out and more time loving your lifestyle!

Should you wish to subscribe to our full Lifestyle Fitness Program you will gain access to 5 different classes per week plus extra yoga classes to use on recovery days. 

You will also be sent a questionnaire so we can create a program schedule to best suit your personal requirements.

New classes are added every month to keep it interesting and to give you the opportunity to select classes that best suit your body and preferences.

Pilates

These pilates classes are joint-friendly and focus on core strength, back health and stability in the body. It’s the perfect compliment to all of our other classes and will improve your results. You will need a pilates ball and occasionally a set of light weights or a resistance band.

 

Pilates (Abs, Back, Inner & Outer thighs)

 

Barre

This class uses slow muscle burning movements to tighten and tone the whole body. You will need a stool or a bench to use as your bar. Classes quite often include lunges, squats and planks so may not always be suitable for those with sensitive joints, however modifications are always given when possible.

Body Sculpt

This class utilises heavy weights to sculpt your muscles, increase your metabolism and burn body fat in the safest, most effective ways. Joint-friendly modifications are offered in every class so you can adapt the exercises to suit your body. We recommend taking these classes twice a week.

 

Upper Body Sculpt (Chest, Triceps, Back & Biceps)
